Did you know that the Syme Centre relies on government funding, internal fundraising through the sale of tickets for lunches/events, class fees and donations to support the work we do to keep seniors healthy, active and in their communities?
In these unprecedented times, we are forced to make difficult decisions around expenses and make a prediction about a future that is uncertain. As the result of the cancellation of many activities in the City this summer, the Toronto Challenge has been cancelled. As you know, this is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year.
