Registration for Fall Programs

REGISTRATION DAY: THURSDSAY, SEPTEMBER 23RD, 2021 AT 11:00 AM

 

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO FALL REGISTRATION FORM        

All participants in classes, clubs and games must register using the 2021 Fall Registration Form Please bring the completed form to registration day or reception.

NEW FALL 2021 PROGRAM POLICIES
♦ Registration is required for all programs.
♦ Masks/face coverings are required at ALL TIMES when you are in the building, and proof of Double Vaccination is required upon entry.
♦ You will be screened for symptoms of Covid-19 when entering the building and are required to sign in using your member’s tag each time you enter the building for contact tracing.
♦ Anyone presenting with symptoms of Covid-19 will be denied entry. You are required to stay home if you are sick, unwell or have travelled within 14 days of your program.
♦ You are permitted to enter the building 15 minutes before the start of your program and must exit the building no later than 15 minutes after your program has ended.
♦ The kitchen will be CLOSED. Please bring a water bottle and take it with you when you leave.
♦ You must maintain 6 feet distance at all times when possible, follow the posted signage and the instructions of staff.
A waitlist for programs will be available for in person classes once capacity is reached.
♦ Upon Provincial/City guidelines, in person programming may be cancelled.
♦ There will be NO REIMBURSEMENT if there is a cancellation due to Provincial/City guidelines.

 

Fall 2021 classes run from Monday, October 4th, 2021 – Friday, December 17th, 2021
